Walking On The Beachfront

Walking is excercise. Now walking is also fun. Fort Kochi Beach is a great place to walk on. The water is calm, the sun shimmery and the breeze, just right. You’ll find a brand new walkway on the beachfront now. The place has been cleaned up, jutting-out stalls removed and the pathway paved.

Tourists will find this an interesting place to hangout in the evenings. Sunsets are beautiful here. Especially when the fishermen are catching fish using the Chinese Fishing Nets. It forms a good background on many a day.

Photography has much scope here. The gentle beach ans its surroundings are perfect for a few snaps. Especially if you’ve got your friends and family with you. The colonial bungalows, quaint streets, handicraft shops and stalls all add to the charm.
